REPRESENTING GREEKS

Essentially the Greeks wore a copy of the British "Battledress" style uniform, but in a more greenish shade of khaki. They wore a heavy greyish greatcoat. The helmet was the British type dating from WWI (khaki in colour), however early in 1941 some units began re-equiping with the new Greek ("Italian" style) helmet (dark green in colour). Officers wore British style service caps. Either British or Italian figures can be readily used for Greek Infantry in 6mm scale.
